Please shower before all lessons.
Promptly drop children off at poolside 5 minutes before lessons starting and collect children from poolside when lesson is finished.
No outdoor shoes in shower area or on poolside.
Taking photos and videos is NOT permitted at any point during SwimNE lessons.

DIRECTIONS:
From the A1:
Take exit 79 (signposted Wideopen, Killingworth, Great Park, Gosforth). At the roundabout, take the exit onto Rotary Way (signposted Gosforth Park, Wideopen, Killingworth). Stay in the left lane, and take the second exit at the next roundabout (signposted Wideopen, Killingworth). Stay right onto the A1056 (Sandy Lane). Take the third exit at the roundabout (signposted Camperdown, Burradon, Killingworth). At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Station Road. Then, turn left at the mini roundabout onto Mylord Crescent. Take the first left onto Silverbirch Drive. PaddlePod @ Newcastle is the is on the right hand side, towards the end of the road.
From the A19:
Leave the A19 at the junction for Killingworth, Seghill. Turn onto Killingworth Way, and follow the signs towards Killingworth. At the roundabout, take the second exit (signposted Wideopen, Burradon, Gosforth Park) onto the A1056. Take the third exit at the next roundabout (signposted Camperdown, Burradon, Killingworth). At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Station Road. Then, turn left at the mini roundabout onto Mylord Crescent. Take the first left onto Silverbirch Drive. Changing Facilities
If your child is under eight years old, you must accompany them into the changing rooms at all times. For this reason, it is important to note that our female and male changing rooms are not mixed facilities but are for female/males only. Please ensure that, in respect of other customers and SwimNE’s policies, you are keeping to the appropriate changing room when you are accompanying your child to get changed. We would encourage children who are over the age of eight to get changed by themselves in their appropriate changing room.
