Baby yoga helps aid better sleeping patterns, supports the digestive system and gives parents greater confidence.
Baby yoga sessions can be started after a health check, and have been designed for both parents and baby to experience yoga stretches and relaxation stretches together.
Our 45 minute sessions are engaging and educational, following the Early Years framework. Focusing on active yoga inspired stretches to music, song and rhyme along with sensory props, concluding with relaxation.
Once babies are sitting unaided a faster pace is introduced, with structured focus on balance, coordination and reaching milestones.
