After School yoga club for Chorlton Park Students Year 1-5
A fully inclusive fun yoga class encouraging children to connect their physical and emotional state in a fun and nurturing way.
Through a 45 minute session of yoga stretches, mindfulness and breathing techniques children will learn self-control and how to manage emotions. Children develop skills which can be applied into a daily routine and school-work to manage stress and anxiety.
Yoga sets strong foundations of self-esteem when practiced independently, to empower and inspire confidence in your children.
