(NOTE - ZOOM - it would be helpful if you could have a muslin, scarf or light weight blanket, a rattle or noisy toy and some bubbles to hand - dont worry at all if you dont have any of these items though - just if you have them in the house we could use them in sessons)

Baby yoga sessions can be started after a health check, and have been designed for both parents and baby to experience yoga stretches and relaxation stretches together.
Our 45 minute sessions are engaging and educational, following the Early Years framework. Focusing on active yoga inspired stretches to music, song and rhyme along with sensory props, concluding with relaxation.
