Toddler Yoga Live via ZOOM
Join us for a live baby yoga session for babies 6 weeks - crawling.
This booking gets you access to live sessions on wednesday, mondays and to a prerecorded session sent to your email address each week!
(NOTE - ZOOM - it would be helpful if you could have a muslin, scarf or light weight blanket, a rattle or noisy toy (or make a shaker from an old plastic bottle and some dry rice/pasta?) and some bubbles to hand - dont worry at all if you dont have any of these items though - just if you have them in the house we could use them in sessons)
Creating the first steps to a healthier mind body and soul. Positively engaging and energetic yoga sessions for independent toddlers.
Focusing on refining balance, coordination, and motor skills within age appropriate sessions, children will learn yoga inspired stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Toddlers stretch dance and breathe their way through 45 minutes of yoga each week, with themed Early years structured sessions, using stories, music, song and sensory props.
Sessions empower and inspire confidence in your children letting them use their imaginations.
